Seven Daily Motivators (continued)

TODAY I WILL TAKE TIME TO RELAX AND RENEW
Take time to replenish your physical, mental, and spiritual energy. Reward yourself by exercising, reading, meditating, or taking a bath or nap. Feeling guilty about spending time on yourself? Don't. Taking time to focus on your own needs gives you more energy.

I FIND SOMETHING EVERY DAY TO LAUGH ABOUT
If everything is falling apart, look for and find the humor in the situation. This helps relieve stress and keep your perspective. Research shows that laughter releases brain chemicals called endorphins that increase your sense of well-being and improve mental clarity. Laughter also improves breathing and reduces muscle tension. Take your goals seriously but don't forget to have fun along the way.

I AM WORTH IT
You deserve success. You deserve to achieve your goals. Never ever question this. Unfortunately, a lot of you believe you are actually unworthy of your goals--that somehow you aren't good enough for success. Where did this false belief come from? Perhaps a mistake you made in the past? This false belief is a form of self-sabotage. It is an excuse for you to give up, an excuse to not be successful. Challenge yourself, and more importantly, forgive yourself for past mistakes. Success begins within. Believe you are worth it.
